雌激素受体β亚型在大鼠睾丸发育过程中的表达和定位

摘要
目的 :研究雌激素受体 β亚型 (ERβ)在大鼠睾丸发育过程中的作用 .方法 :采用免疫组织化学染色和免疫荧光组织化学染色方法 ,观察在出生后 3,7,16及 2 8d的大鼠睾丸和成年大鼠睾丸中ERβ的表达和分布情况 .结果 :在出生后 3,7d的大鼠睾丸中ERβ主要分布于睾丸间质细胞 ,在出生后 16 ,2 8d分布于睾丸间质细胞胞质 ,大鼠睾丸中ERβ的表达随出生天数增加而呈逐渐上升的趋势 ,成年大鼠睾丸间质细胞中ERβ分布较幼年大鼠密度增加 .结论 :ERβ可能作为一种特异性受体在大鼠睾丸发育过程中影响睾丸间质细胞雄性激素的分泌 ;进而调节生精过程和精子发育成熟 .
