摘要：

结缔组织病(CTD)患者合并间质性肺疾病(ILD)是导致患者死亡的重要原因之一,也是目前临床诊治CTD-ILD的难点之一。系统性硬化症相关间质性肺病(SSc-ILD)是常见的CTD-ILD,发生率较高。本文简要概述CTD-ILD的临床特征、诊断和治疗,以及抗纤维化药物治疗SSc-ILD的临床研究。
