摘要
近年研究表明 ,各种肾脏疾病进行性肾功能恶化主要取决于肾间质损伤的严重程度。目前 ,对于肾间质纤维化的具体发生机制尚不明确 ,其主要机制有 :小管上皮细胞向间充质细胞的转分化作用 ;主要效应细胞的激活 ;局部缺血、缺氧。本文就这一方面的研究进展作一综述
