甘草素在翘嘴鳜细菌性败血症疫苗中的佐剂效果(英文)

摘要
从甘草中提取的甘草素 (Gly)添加在翘嘴鳜细菌性败血症的 2种疫苗 ,即福尔马林灭活嗜水气单胞菌 (FKC)和菌体脂多糖 (LPS)中 ,经添加Gly的疫苗接种后 ,受免翘嘴鳜头肾中白细胞的吞噬活性和经活菌攻毒后的免疫保护率显著高于未添加Gly疫苗的免疫组 (t测验 ,P <0 .0 5) ,表明了Gly具有佐剂效果 ,但是受免鱼的凝集抗体效价和补体活性在全部受免鱼中则没有明显差别 (t测验 ,P >0 .0 5)
