计及送端电网频率稳定的直流联络线极限承载能力评估

摘要
异步互联电网的发展为清洁能源跨区消纳和资源优化配置提供了有利条件,而与之带来的频率稳定问题也日益凸显,成为送端电网安全运行的一大挑战。为此,提出一种计及送端电网频率稳定的直流联络线极限承载能力评估模型。模型中构建大容量直流闭锁下的送端电网惯性、备用与频率稳定相关约束,并计及事故后一次调频与直流紧急功率支援、稳控切机的协调配合,通过优化计算确定正常状态下直流联络线在未来多个运行时段的最大传输能力。最后,在改进的RTS-79系统上进行算例仿真分析,测试结果验证所提评估模型有效正确。
