水通道蛋白-1、3、8、9 mRNA在人胎膜中的表达

摘要
目的检测水通道蛋白(AQP)-1、3、8、9mRNA在人胎膜中的表达,初步探讨AQP在人类羊水循环中的意义。方法采用RT-PCR检测20例选择性剖宫产的足月单胎正常孕妇羊膜和绒毛膜中AQP-1、3、8、9mRNA的表达。结果在人羊膜和绒毛膜中,AQP-1、3、8、9mRNA均有表达,在4种AQP亚型之间及各AQP亚型在羊膜和绒毛膜之间表达水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论AQP-1、3、8、9可能参与人羊水循环及其调节。
