高压氧对急性损伤期全脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑内兴奋性氨基酸水平的影响

摘要
目的探讨高压氧(HBO)对缺血再灌注脑内兴奋性氨基酸水平的影响。方法将SD大鼠分为缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、高压氧处理组(HBO组)及假手术对照组(Sham-O组),以四动脉阻断法建立全脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型。动物缺血20min后分别再灌注6h、24h、48h和96h,各HBO组在再灌注后分别行不同次数的高压氧处理。取动物的全脑测定谷氨酸(Glu)和天门冬氨酸(Asp)含量。结果24h和48h HBO组Glu水平明显低于对应时间点的I/R组(P<0.01),且24h HBO组Asp含量也低于I/R组(P<0.05),而各时间点I/R组的Glu水平均高于Sham-O组(P<0.01)。结论在一定时间内进行高压氧处理可抑制由全脑缺血再灌注所诱导的兴奋性氨基酸的过度释放,这可能是高压氧治疗缺血再灌注脑损伤的机制之一。
