摘要
<正> 死亡相关蛋白激酶(Death-associated protein kinase,DAPK)是一种相对分子质量为160×103、钙调蛋白依赖的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。DAPK是一种正性细胞凋亡调节因子,通过多种途径诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。通过动物实验发现DAPK在肿瘤发育的早期阶段抑制细胞转化,并且能抑制晚期肿瘤转移。近年来的临床研究结果表明DAPK基因启动子异常甲基化与消化道、泌尿道、头颈部、呼吸道肿瘤的发
