摘要：

运用文献法和归纳法,介绍了国外对住房可支付能力的内涵界定、测度方法、影响因素、低住房可支付能力带来的后果以及提高住房可支付能力的对策等研究成果,归纳了国外研究的特点;结合国内该领域研究的现状,提出了从视角、内容、方法等方面开展我国住房可支付能力研究的建议。
