摘要
子宫内膜异位症是育龄妇女最常见的疾病之一,其发病原因目前仍无确切定论,仅提出了许多学说。其中,免疫学说得到越来越多的关注,特别是子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中细胞因子已被广泛研究。这些细胞因子之间以及因子和细胞之间的复杂免疫反应对于子宫内膜异位症的产生和进展发挥着重要的作用。通过各种细胞和甾体激素的调控,两种或多种因子产生协同或拮抗作用,促进异位病灶的粘连和生长。因此,对于子宫内膜异位症的治疗如果从调节免疫因子方面着手可能是一个新的突破。
