<正>矫形器(orthosis)是根据生物力学原理来改变神经肌肉和骨骼系统的机能特性或结构的体外装置,是用来预防、矫正畸形,治疗和补偿功能缺陷的器械[1]。最早由Vernon Nickel在1953年提出。三维步态分析技术(three-dimensional gait analysis)是根据生物力学原理,应用计算机辅助及红外摄像技术,在人体步行过程中检测、记录特定时相躯干和关节运动、肌肉活动、对地面的作用力、关节力矩和做功,以
