基质金属蛋白酶及Ⅳ型胶原在胃癌中的表达及其意义

目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP2 )及Ⅳ型胶原与胃癌浸润转移的关系。　方法　对2 7例胃癌患者采用临床观察及免疫组化方法观察MMP2 及Ⅳ型胶原在癌组织中的表达。　结果　MMP2 在低分化腺癌、管状腺癌的癌细胞和癌间质中表达率分别为 85 7%、77 7% ,同时有Ⅳ型胶原的破坏 ;在血管淋巴管癌栓及淋巴结转移癌病例中表达率分别为 83 3%、86 7%。　结论　MMP2 的高表达与胃癌浸润和转移有关 ,主要是破坏细胞外间质 ,尤其是Ⅳ型胶原。MMP2 监测可做为判断患者预后的指标
