改良根治术I式治疗乳腺癌86例报告

摘要：

回顾性分析86例乳腺癌(I期38例,II期43例,III期5例)施行改良根治术I式的治疗效果。86例患者中术后发生皮下积液7例(8.1%),胸肌挛缩伴同侧上臂运动障碍5例(5.8%),上臂感觉障碍3例(3.5%);3年生存率84.6%;5年生存率63.9%,其中I期为80.0%,II期为52.8%,III期为33.3%。提示注意选择手术的适应证和禁忌证,注重保护胸前神经的内外侧分支和肋间臂神经,注重创面的综合处理,注重新辅助化疗的疗效,以提高术后的生活质量。
