摘要：

本文阐述了酒精性和非酒精性脂肪肝在流行病、病理生理学、病理学、诊断治疗和自然病程等方面的研究进展并对二者进行了比较。对脂肪肝发病机制的研究取得了一些进展,但治疗尚无重大突破。
