摘要
A mathematics model for calculating the off-design performance of a 400MW integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) unit is built up in this paper. The advanced production techniques and system configuration are utilized to meet the requirement of the demonstrative IGCC plant to be built in China. The performance of some subsystems such as coal gasifier, air separator, gas turbine, compressor, heat regenerative steam generator, steam turbine are respectively modeled by using corresponding algebraic equations. The method of process system engineering (PSE) are adopted to solve the interaction problem between subsystems. The performance parameters of the unit at five different load points are calculated and analyzed based on our model.
