摘要：

近些年,人们着力开发一些异种脱细胞真皮基质以期代替人体的组织器官解决临床需要,涉及的生物性工程材料较多,而且有一些产品已应用于临床并取得良好的效果。另一些异种脱细胞真皮基质仍在制备和开发阶段,并在动物实验研究方面取得了良好的效果。本文对近阶段已进入临床应用和处于开发阶段的异种脱细胞真皮基质的状况及应用前景作一综述。
