在国外已有文献中,关于机器人(尤其是智能机器人)的主要伦理问题近年来一直被热烈讨论。文本在考察已有文献的基础上指出,当前国外机器人伦理研究重点探讨了两种类型机器人应用中的伦理问题:一是与人类和平相处的服务型机器人;二是用于战场上作战的致命型机器人(也称军事机器人)。从研究趋向看,当前国外机器人伦理研究重点关注了颇受争论的两个问题:一是关于机器人道德地位的争论;二是关于机器伦理框架建构的方法论思考,尤其是把伦理准则嵌入智能机器的方法。
