摘要：

母婴传播是HBV传播的主要途径之一,是人群中大量HBV慢性携带者形成的重要原因。乙型肝炎疫苗阻断HBV母婴传播的作用已被国内外的研究充分肯定。但仍有10～20％的母婴传播阻断失败。阻断失败的原因是什么,应该采取何种对策等问题为人们所关注。本文就HBV母婴传播的方式、免疫阻断的效果、阻断失败的原因及对策等方面的研究进展作一综述分析。
