摘要：

NF-κB是一组分布和作用均十分广泛的转录因子,具有显著的促细胞生长及抗凋亡作用,与细胞恶性转化关系密切。近年来的研究发现,胃癌组织中NF-κB呈持续活化状态,在体外试验中,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)可诱导胃癌细胞株NF-κB持续激活。NF-κB通过调控各种靶基因转录,与胃癌的发生、发展及转移有关。
