摘要
目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]与血脂4项在冠心病(CHD)诊断的预测价值。方法清晨空腹抽取冠心病(CHD)患者86名和健康体检人员100名的静脉血,在全自动生化分析仪上测定Hcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)、总胆固醇(TC)、TG、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),比较各指标对CHD诊断的价值。结果与健康对照组比较,CHD组血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)和TC、TG、LDL-C含量升高,HDL-C含量降低。结论 Hcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)与血脂4项联合检测对CHD患者的诊断、治疗、疗效观察、预后评估将更有效。
