摘要：

目的研究并分析中国各生态型鼠疫菌外膜蛋白种类及分子量。方法鼠疫菌经破碎后采取超高速离心法提取外膜蛋白,利用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺(SDS-PAGE)电泳系统分离鼠疫菌外膜蛋白。结果在10％的SDS-PAGE上我国各生态型鼠疫苗37℃条件下的培养物所表达的外膜蛋白最多为26条蛋白带,而28℃培养物表达的外膜蛋白最多的则有36条蛋白带。结论中国各生态型鼠疫菌外膜蛋白种类存在一定的差异,青海田鼠型菌株所产生的外膜蛋白与布氏田鼠型菌株相同。
