摘要：

本文对目前国外有关牙科高速手机消毒的研究现状和未来的设想进行分析和概述,目前的状况是:1.手机及其附件由于构造的特殊和人们概念上的误导,使高速手机的消毒已成为目前医院消毒链中的一个薄弱环节。2.手机经常接触唾液和血液,故受到诸如HBV和HIV感染的危险度极高。3.目前虽然有了可高压消毒手机,但仍不能广泛使用。4.对手机有效的消毒方法是高压灭菌法或化学消毒剂的热熏蒸消毒法。对未来的设想应着眼于可高压消毒手机广泛应用和提高医务工作者的无菌意识。
