摘要
目的 探讨脑缺血后大脑皮质神经生长因子 (NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子 (BDNF)的变化。方法 采用免疫组织化学 ABC法观察 NGF和 BDNF的改变。结果  NGF、BDNF样免疫阳性反应物主要分布于大脑皮质第 3、5层的神经元。脑缺血 1小时后 ,NGF、BDNF在皮质神经元的表达明显增加。结论  NGF、BDNF与脑缺血后大脑皮质神经细胞的损伤修复有关。
