摘要
妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是指妊娠期发生或者首次发现的不同程度的糖耐量异常,占糖尿病孕妇的80%~90%,其发病率逐年升高。GDM发病机制尚不清楚,胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞分泌功能降低是GDM发病的重要因素。脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白4(FABP4)是一种脂肪细胞因子,近年来
