基于风险管理视角的信任与知识分享决策的关系研究

摘要：

知识分享是一类风险决策行为,信任具有重要的风险管理功能.文章基于企业内知识分享决策的风险特征,提出了管理知识分享风险的信任结构模型,并通过经验数据,实证检验了不同信任维度间的关系及其对知识分享决策的影响.结果表明,制度信任是认知信任和情感信任发展的基础,而对知识分享决策的直接影响主要来自情感信任.
