摘要：

大肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,包括结肠癌和直肠癌,发病原因多为大肠慢性炎症长期刺激或大肠息肉的进一步发展,使肠黏膜组织发生癌变,此外还与遗传因素及其他因素如饮食、吸烟等有关。随着生活水平的提高,大肠癌的发病率日趋增高。西医学治疗大肠癌以手术切除为主,辅以放化疗。中医药对大肠癌转移、复发的防治具有优势,发挥着不可或缺的积极作用。
