胆囊切除术致高位胆管损伤原因及处理

摘要：

目的探讨医源性胆管损伤的原因及处理方法。方法回顾总结陕西省人民医院1997-2010年间收治的18例胆管损伤病人的临床资料。结果全部病例均为胆囊切除术后,胆管损伤发生于肝总管及以上部位,经过1次或1次以上手术治疗后痊愈,随访1～5年无胆管狭窄。结论医源性胆管损伤发生后及时正确处理是改善预后的关键。
