摘要：

随着妇科检查及诊断技术的提高,子宫内膜异位症的发病率量上升趋势,并有一部分病变呈进行性发展而终至需行根治性手术。由于其对妇女的精神及肉体的巨大伤害而引起关注。本文从内分泌学角度综述E2、P、FSH、LH、PRL、β-EP及PCO综合征和LUF综合征在子宫内膜异位症（内异症）发生、发展中的作用,从而对如何预防内异症提出建议,为临床预防内异症的产生及进展提供理论依据。
