<正>帕金森病(Parl(inson's msease,PDl是一种神经系统变性疾病,以黑质多巴胺能神经元变性缺失及路易小体形成为病理特点,主要临床表现为震颤、肌强直、运动迟缓和姿势步态异常等运动障碍。PD发病率仅次于阿尔茨海默病,65岁以上老年人中的患病率高达1%2%,为社会带来沉重的负担。非运动症状是PD的另一个重要临床表现,它可早于运动症状出现,贯穿疾病的所有阶段,严重影响患者的生活质量。PD的非运动症状包括嗅觉障碍、认知功能障碍、睡眠障碍、疼痛、抑郁、焦虑、自主神经功能障碍等。其中,认知功能障碍在PD非运动症状中具有较高的发病率。认知是人类心理活动的一种,是指个体认识和理解事物的心理过程,包括从简单的对自己与环境的确定、感知、注意、学习和记忆、思维和语言
