内皮素-1、一氧化氮和一氧化氮合成酶在蛛网膜下腔出血中的作用机制探讨

摘要
继发性脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者死亡和致残的重要原因。内皮素(ET-1)通过收缩脑血管、介导脑血管和脑组织损伤引发脑损伤;而一氧化氮(NO)和内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)对脑组织可以起到减少损伤作用;另一方面NO的过量生成以及诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)的表达可直接对细胞产生强大的毒性作用,或者通过诱导细胞凋亡来损伤脑组织;在蛛网膜下腔出血整个病理过程中ET-1和NO的失衡也在脑组织损伤过程中起着至关重要的作用。
