摘要：

目的探讨klotho蛋白在高血压发病中的作用。方法收集我院2009年3月～2009年6月间住院的104例高血压和61例非高血压者血样本,采用ELISA方法检测klotho蛋白、硝基还原酶法检测一氧化氮(NO)。结果高血压组klotho蛋白吸光度和NO水平低于非高血压组(P<0.01);klotho蛋白吸光度与NO、年龄存在相关性。结论 Klotho蛋白是一个与衰老相关的蛋白,可能通过一氧化氮机制参与高血压发病。
