摘要：

结合实物期权理论,运用Cournot-Nash博弈模型和动态优化理论研究知识获取能力对技术创新联盟不同时期不同状态下的演变,在不确定的生产成本与协同效应条件下探讨联盟成员的知识获取能力对联盟成员选择维持、收购或解散技术创新联盟的影响,为联盟成员确定最佳动态竞争合作关系以及灵活机动的管理方式提供决策支持。
