作为一种政治现象的“颜色革命”

摘要
政治变革分为叛乱、政变和革命,"颜色革命"属于革命政变。有各种因素推动和阻碍了这些运动取得成功:"递减性的相对贫困"使公众易于造反;团结一致的、有组织的反对派,具有可供选择的意识形态和政治策略,是成功的条件。反对派精英上台后既不进行革命也没有促进民主发展。民主促进的一个意想不到的结果是专制政权学会了抵制它,从而削弱了真正的公民社会团体的发展。
