个人声誉关注作为心理不确定的缓解器:程序公平—合作关系下的实证研究

摘要
个人声誉之所以能给个体带来一系列积极的产出,源于它在社会与经济交换关系中所具备的不确定缓解功能——另一方借助个人声誉对个体在未来的行为做出预测,从而减少了对个体的行为不确定感知。本文认为,对个人声誉的关注同样帮助个体自身缓解了心理不确定,从而保持了行为的确定性。据此,本文在程序公平—合作关系下假设和检验了个人声誉关注对心理不确定的缓解作用。研究结果表明,个人声誉关注对源自个体外部的心理不确定有着显著的缓解作用,但对源自个体自身的心理不确定没有显著作用。本文对个人声誉和不确定管理研究做出了可能的贡献。
