摘要：

机体免疫监视功能中起重要作用的是细胞免疫,其中起非特异性杀伤作用的有NK细胞和M细胞,起特异性肿瘤杀伤作用的是CTL细胞。在肿瘤生物疗法中应用的肿瘤杀伤细胞有LAK细胞、TIL细胞和CD3AK细胞。本文对上述细胞的特性加以综述。
