HPV感染与子宫颈癌发病关系的探讨

目的 :探讨 HPV感染与宫颈癌发病关系。方法 :采用 PCR方法对 32例宫颈癌、4 8例宫颈糜烂、2 1例正常宫颈的宫颈分泌物进行 HPV检测。结果 :1宫颈癌患者 HPV的检出率明显高于宫颈糜烂、正常宫颈者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2初婚年龄 <1 8岁者 ,在宫颈癌、宫颈糜烂及正常宫颈中分泌物 HPV的检出率高于初婚年龄≥ 1 8岁者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;3<4 0岁者宫颈糜烂及正常宫颈中分泌物 HPV的检出率高于≥ 4 0岁者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但在宫颈癌患者中差异无统计学意义 ;4在正常宫颈、宫颈糜烂及宫颈癌患者宫颈分泌物中 ,妊娠次数 >1次者 HPV的检出率与妊娠次数≤ 1次者相比较差异无统计学意义。结论 :HPV感染是癌前病变及癌变的主要原因 ,对 HPV感染患者应密切观察、随访
