经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折的临床应用

摘要:
目的探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法应用经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的82例为研究对象。对所有患者分别进行术前、术后3 d、3个月和12个月视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、测量标准侧位X线片上病椎高度、椎体后凸畸形角(Cobb's角)。门诊随访12~20个月,平均15.6个月。比较手术前后的临床疗效是否存在差异。结果 82例患者经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗,VAS评分由术前(8.07±0.21)分降为术后3 d(2.81±0.41)分(P<0.01),12个月随访为(2.61±0.25)分(P<0.01)。椎体高度由术前为(1.65±0.16)cm恢复至术后3 d(2.08±0.18)cm(P<0.05),随访12个月为(1.96±0.13)cm(P<0.05)。Cobb's角由术前29.56°±4.16°恢复至术后3 d的14.42°±3.83°(P<0.01),12个月后随访为16.154°±4.315°(P<0.01)。结论经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术可有效缓解骨质疏松性椎体骨折引发的疼痛,重建病椎外形,是一种治疗椎体压缩骨折有效方法。
