摘要：

<正> 自1981年发现首例艾滋病(acquired immunodeficiencysyndrome,AIDS)以来,AIDS 迅速在全世界蔓延。联合国艾滋病规划署(UNAIDS)最新流行报告显示,截至2004年12月全球 HIV/AIDS 累计患者数估计已达7000余万例。自1987年3月第一种抗艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)药物 AZT 问世以来,已通过美国食品和药品管理局(food and drug administration,FDA)认证用于 AIDS 临床治疗的药物达4大类27种,包括:核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂(NRTIs)13种、非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂(NNRTIs)3种、蛋白酶抑制剂(PIs)10种、融合抑制剂(fusion inhibitors)1种。HIV/AIDS 患者抗病毒治疗方案也从最初的 AZT 单药治疗,经过 AZT、ddI、D4T、3TC 组合的二联治疗,到高效抗逆转录病毒
