摘要：

<正>卵巢早衰(premature ovary failure,POF)是指月经初潮正常或延迟,第二性征发育正常的女性在40岁以前出现持续性闭经、性器官萎缩,伴有促性腺激素包括卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素升高,而雌激素降低的综合征。40岁女性POF的发病率约为1∶100,30岁为1∶1 000,20岁为1∶10 000〔1〕。POF严重威胁女性健康,短期的雌激素缺乏,患者会出现更年期
