中低收入国家私营和公共卫生系统治疗效果与监管分析

摘要：
文章通过文献研究对中低收入国家私营和公共卫生系统进行比较,从治疗效果上看公共卫生机构治疗效果更好,发病率死亡率相对较低;监管方面公共卫生机构数据可获得性更好,但数据在质量有很大差别,私营卫生机构监管费用在公共支出中所占比例更大,监管效果取决于公众的监督和执行。共享医疗信息促进医疗资源纵向流动,健全电子监管平台,提高数据透明度及质量,明确监管职责,落实执行单位。
