摘要：

负压辅助创面关闭技术是治疗各种复杂、难愈性创面的一项新技术,通过在创面建立一封闭的负压系统,充分引流创面渗液,消除水肿,降低创面细菌数量,增加局部血流量,以达到促进肉芽组织生长,加速创面愈合的目的。应用时要选择适当的负压参数、引流方式和治疗时间,并选用合适的治疗系统,以便根据创面具体情况进行持续的监控和调整,达到最佳治疗效果。
