减重步行训练在脑卒中康复中的应用进展

摘要
脑卒中是世界范围内发病率及死亡率较高的疾病之一,致残率高,步行能力受到较大影响,日常生活能力下降。减重步行训练(Body weight support treadmill training,BWSTT)近年来在临床神经康复,特别是脑卒中和脊髓损伤疾病中广泛应用。本文就减重步行训练的神经生理学基础,在脑卒中后下肢运动障碍早期介入、早期干预,临床对照研究,治疗效果评估,步行辅助机器人在减重步行训练中的应用进展进行综述。目前认为脑卒中后早期介入减重步行训练,结合传统相关康复技术,病人可早日重建正常步态,恢复步行能力。
