曲美他嗪联合运动康复治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪联合运动康复对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的心率变异性(HRV)疗效影响。方法 81例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为曲美他嗪组(27例)、运动康复组(27例)和曲美他嗪联合运动康复治疗组(27例)。曲美他嗪组予口服曲美他嗪20mg,3次/天,运动康复组根据个体心肺运动试验结果制订运动处方治疗,联合治疗组采用两者联合治疗。分析3组患者治疗前及治疗3、6个月的HRV、左室射血分数(LVEF)和6min步行距离(6MWD)。结果联合治疗组与运动康复组比较:HRV时域指标即24h内全部窦性心博QRS波间距离(RR)间期的标准差(SDNN)、24h内连续5min一段的正常RR间期平均值的标准差(SDANN)增加[组间差异分别为(30.42±8.45)ms、(31.70±6.74)ms,P<0.05];LVEF及6MWD指标增加(P<0.05)。联合治疗组与曲美他嗪组比较:SDANN增加[组间差异为(37.98±6.74)ms,P<0.05];LVEF及6MWD指标增加(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗可使老年慢性心力衰竭患者获得更多裨益。
