摘要：

建筑中的人行为是指人员在室内外行走移动以及对建筑设备进行操控的行为;人员移动与操控动作可以用随机模型来定量化描述,它们是影响建筑实际使用方式及能耗的主要因素之一。本文根据目前国内外建筑人行为定量描述及刻画模型的研究现状,提出了建筑人行为定量描述的扩展标识语言架构(ob XML Schema),给出了影响建筑能耗的人行为定量因素分析,以及ob XML核心节点描述,较全面地刻画了建筑人员用能行为关键元素及模型参数;同时完成了建筑用能人行为模块的ob XML接口开发,为建筑人行为能耗模拟、软件开发研究提供了一套有效的国际标准数据交换语言及实现方法。
