伐昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗初发生殖器疱疹的对比研究

摘要：

目的　评价伐昔洛韦治疗初发生殖器疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法　将２８例初发生殖器疱疹患者随机分为伐昔洛韦治疗组和阿昔洛韦对照组。治疗后第１、２、３、５、７、１０天分别作临床观察，对部分病例作治疗后病毒培养。结果　治疗组和对照组的症状消失时间、皮损愈合时间、治疗后病毒排放时间差异均无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。两组病例不良反应相似且轻微。结论　伐昔洛韦是治疗初发生殖器疱疹的安全有效药物。
