多囊卵巢综合征的中西医研究现状

摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)作为代谢性疾病,其病因病机较为复杂,至今仍无法明确。西医认为,其发生发展主要与胰岛素抵抗、高雄激素血症及慢性炎症密切相关;中医学则认为,其发生发展主要是因肾、肝、脾三脏及冲任二脉功能失调所致。西医治疗PCOS主要是采用胰岛素增敏剂、避孕药等药物,生活方式干预及手术治疗为主,虽然见效较快,但存在不良反应较大、术后附件易粘连等弊端;中医治疗则选用针灸、穴位埋线、药物调理等以滋补肝肾、健脾除湿、调理冲任。今后,应多进行动物实验以探究多囊卵巢综合征伴慢性炎症的发病机制,并验证中药、针灸治疗PCOS的疗效。
