某些氧自由基清除剂对哇巴因致离体豚鼠心脏毒性的影响

摘要
用Langendorff离体心脏灌流制备,研究氧自由基清除剂:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和亚硒酸钠(Se)对哇巴因所致心脏毒性的影响。研究结果表明SOD(160μ/ml)可延长硅巴因(10-6mol/L)所致室颤发生的时间(P<0.01),但对室早和室速发生的时间无甚影响(均为P>0.05)。Se(2×10-5mol/L)可延长室速(P<0.01)和室颤发生的时间(P<0.01),对室早的发生时间无甚影响(P>0.05);用Se(2×10-6mol/L)对心律失常的发生无甚影响(P>0.05)。本结果提示SOD和Se对离体心脏由哇巴因所诱发的心律失常有不同程度的对抗作用,推测自由基可能参与哇巴因致离体心脏的中毒过程。
