CYP2E1、GSTM1基因多态性与肺癌、食管癌易感性研究

研究细胞色素 P45 0 2 E1基因 (CYP2 E1)、谷胱甘肽转硫酶 M1(GSTM1)基因多态性与肺癌及食管癌易感性的关系 ,应用 PCR- RFL P技术对 12 0例肺癌、 98例食管癌进行病例对照研究。发现肺癌组 GSTM1null基因型频率(6 1.7%)高于正常对照组 (4 4.2 %) (χ2 =7.38,P<0 .0 1) ,食管癌组该基因型频率 (6 8.4%)亦高于正常对照组 (4 2 .9%)(χ2 =12 .92 ,P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,携带 GSTM1null基因型个体患肺癌和食管癌的危险性分别是非 GSTM1null基因型个体的 2倍和 3倍。CYP2 E1Rsa I多态性分析研究表明 ,突变基因型 (杂合子 +突变纯合子 )频率肺癌组 (35 %)和食管癌组(2 6 .5 %)均分别低于正常对照组 (5 2 .5 %和 5 5 .1%,P<0 .0 1)。携带 CYP2 E1野生基因型个体发生肺癌和食管癌的危险性分别是携带 CYP2 E1突变基因型个体的 2倍和 3.5倍。认为 GSTM1和 CYP2 E1Rsa I多态性均是个体肺癌和食管癌的重要易感因素。
