临床感染的大肠杆菌大多来源于肠道。了解健康人群肠道大肠杆菌的耐药状况对大肠杆菌感染的抗生素经验治疗具有指导意义。本文就健康人群肠道大肠杆菌耐药状况以及原因等作了综述。
