摘要：

炎症反应在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。肾素血管紧张肽系统通过增加各种炎症因子的合成,发挥致动脉粥样硬化作用。抑制肾素血管紧张肽系统的治疗通过抑制炎症反应,可减少心血管事件的发生率。
